With May being National Runners Month accept the challenge to run at least 1 mile every day for the entire month. Whether it be outside, on a treadmill, with your kids, grandkids, dog or by yourself. Just make a commitment to put in at least 1 mile every day for the month of May.
This challenge is a global challenge that you can make into a local change by challenging yourself, friends, Facebook friends, Twitter followers, but in the end it’s about overcoming the challenges, believe me this will be challenging. Finding and making the time to run, walk or jog a Mile a day in May will be tough at times and rewarding after 31 or miles have been completed.
