Mike Portnoy, Billy Sheehan, and Richie Kotzen walked onto a stage - - - and the entire planet melted away.

What sounded to most like an impossible super group became a reality with The Winery Dogs' self-titled release last summer. Since then, these mega-musicians have been on the road and bedazzling each arena they set foot in.

And there are exciting things to come this year in addition to the band's tireless touring. Set for release in April, The Winery Dogs Special Edition - a two-CD set. Disc 1 will be the standard album and Disc 2, entitled Unleashed In Japan 2013, will be a collection of 10 songs recorded live in Japan during their July ’13 tour. The song, “Criminal,” a track previously unavailable in the U.S., will be included.

But until then, dear Chicago-area fans of The Winery Dogs - tonight, they're all yours.

Come join The Winery Dogs at The Arcada Theatre in St. Charles at 105 E Main Street. Tickets are still available but going fast - if you haven't gotten yours yet what are you waiting for? Click here.
