Fans of the very highly-praised 3DS and Wii U eShop puzzle-platformer Mighty Switch Force!, you now have reason to celebrate: the game's developer, WayForward, has confirmed that a sequel is officially in the works.
According to a tweet posted by WayForward, fans should expect further information about Mighty Switch Force 2 to be revealed in the "coming weeks."
The original Mighty Switch Force! is available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop right now for $6. A high-definition version of the original game, entitled Mighty Switch Force! Hyper Drive Edition, is also available on the Wii U eShop for the discounted price of $5 -- until February 28th, when the price goes back up to its normal $10.
