A new school year is about to start and homeschoolers have tons of options, both from home in online course offerings, and in person at homeschool hybrid programs and co-op type classes.

In the last few years, homeschool kids have been joining in on homeschool classes younger and younger, beginning in middle school, and maybe even before. The following list includes classes for kids of all ages.

HEGA (Hybrid Education in Greater Atlanta) Is in Tucker, Georgia and has classes for middle and high school students. They offer classes Monday-Thursdays and offer an array of classes from chess and graphic design to biology, history, and math.

LEAD (Learners and Educators of Atlanta and Decatur) offers classes for all ages. They are located at the Boys and Girls Club in Decatur. This is a secular homeschool community, and classes include Fencing, Japanese, Ancient Greece, Guitar, Civics, Cooking, World Civilization, and more. There appears to be something available for all ages and interests.

LEO (Lifelong Educational Opportunities) is in Alpharetta. LEO is a homeschool resource center and members can participate in many activities and classes. Homeschool classes include arts, theatre, math, science, social studies, and writing, at all levels of difficulty. Classes are available 4 days a week.

Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center is located near the Mall of Georgia in
Buford. Their main focus is science, but they have added math, reading, and writing to their homeschool offerings.
