An area of low pressure pulling out of the Southern Plains will move into the Ohio Valley this week. West Michigan will stay on the northern edge of this disturbance. The Storm Prediction Center keeps the risk for severe storms to our south for Tuesday and by Wednesday no widespread severe weather is forecast. A few very isolated severe storms are still possible Tuesday night and Wednesday.

This disturbance has the potential to bring heavy rain to part of Lower Michigan, especially south toward the Indiana border.
