Mid-America Real Estate lands leasing duties for four retail centers

Mid-America Real Estate Group of Minneapolis announced Tuesday it has been awarded the leasing contracts for four new retail centers, including an 8,600-square-foot effort in Vadnais Heights.

The new retail development in the Ramsey County suburb is located at the intersection of County Road E and Talmage Circle. Nearby retailers include Walmart, Target and Festival Foods.

Mid-America, which also has offices in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., Chicago, Milwaukee and Detroit, also announced it has landed the leasing duties at the 120,284-square-foot Heritage Commons Shopping Center in Lakeville. Its current tenants include Great Clips, Subway, Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant and Lakeville Liquor.

Meanwhile, the firm will also handle retail tenants at the Uptown Lake Apartments in Minneapolis and a 4,000-square-foot retail development at 145th Street and Cedar Avenue in Apple Valley.
