Whether you're into technological gadgets or not, there's no denying the excitement surrounding the opening of a Microsoft store at The Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan. This will be Michigan's first Microsoft store, with four others opening in Illinois, Massachusetts, Hawaii, and Oregon.
No details have been released, such as when the store will open, but its debut will put Michigan on a small but growing list of 28 states with Microsoft stores. Their first store, which opened on October 22, 2009 in Scottsdale, Arizona, filled to capacity within minutes - much like Apple stores do.
With everything from Office and Windows products, to in-store training and accessories, Michigan residents are sure to welcome Microsoft with open arms.
