Not everyone always has the opportunity or abaility to get down to Orlando for thew magic of Walt Disney World. Also, they don't have the chance to head out west to California to enjoy everything that the Disneyland Resort has to offer. Heading around the world isn't always easy either for all the other Disney Parks, but now "friends in New York" can now say hello to Disney Magic.
During the daytime hours of Friday, November 18, 2011 and Saturday, November 19, 2011, a special augmented reality technology will allow those in Times Square to interact with Disney characters.

The Disney Parks Blog points out that the 60-foot talle digital board sits above the Disney Store on Broadway at 45th Street. Disney characters appear larger than life and will virtually interact with people down on the street.
Having fun with Mickey and the gang is free of charge and again, it will only run for two days so get there while you can to have a part of the Disney "Good Life."
