Georgia May Jagger was chosen to present designs for Roberto Cavalli’s Just Cavalli Fall 2013 fashion show at Milan Fashion Week Womenswear Fall/Winter 2013/14 on February 21, 2013 in Milan, Italy.
The daughter of celebrated Rolling Stones musician Mick Jagger and American model Jerry Hall, Georgia May Jagger modeled for Cavalli in a lovely red and black beaded cocktail dress, which was tied at the hip with a red bow – very 1920’s flapper-ish! The black leather peeptoe booties were nice as well…
The rest of the Just Cavalli Autumn Winter 2013 – 2014 collection celebrates the animal kingdom (expect to see separates in leopard, tiger, reptile…) and ethnic prints inspired by Tibetan religious art in gorgeous jewel tones.
Accessorizing these ensembles are a nice selection of colorful leather and fabric boots from Just Cavalli which would add oomph to any bland outfit!
Worthy of mention is an gorgeous printed red, white and blue coat with a sort of coat of arms print, a dress with a print perhaps inspired by Italian faience pottery, the orange dress with a dragon motif (for those of us born in the Chinese Year of the Dragon!) and the Tibetan lion top.
Attending the Just Cavalli Fall 2013 fashion show were Mary Charteris (loved the leopard jacket!), Renzo Rosso and Arianna Alessi, Portia Freeman, Melissa Satta and Marta Marzotto in her lovely mint green zebra striped kaftan (wouldn’t be surprised if it’s by Cavalli).
