Did Mick Jagger and David Bowie have a gay affair? In Christopher Andersen's new book, he claims that Mick and David were hot for each other, and even dated for a while back in the day. On July 10 it was reported that both Bowie's made, his ex-wife, and singer Ava Cherry all knew about the alleged affair which occurred in the 70's (via The Hollywood Gossip).
"Ava Cherry, a backup singer who lived with the Bowies for a time, reportedly told a friend that 'Mick and David were really sexually obsessed with each other. Even though I was in bed with them many times, I ended up just watching them have sex,'" Anderson wrote.
Mick Jagger and David Bowie's gay affair is not the only thing that Andersen reveals in his book. As previously reported, Andersen also shed some light on Jagger's obsession with actress, Angelina Jolie. All of these accusations are getting tons of attention this week and Andersen's claims are stirring tons of controversy.
The book, entitled "Mick: The Wild Life and Mad Genius of Jagger," has several quotes from friends and other people who knew Jagger. While some say that Andersen is simply spreading lies to sell copies, others actually believe that what he has written is the truth.
Mick Jagger and David Bowie's gay affair is fascinating to read about, mainly because no one expected such a story to surface about two of the biggest rock stars in history.
