MichelleMINUTES 077: The RISE Program ends...

On July 30, The Answer Inc’s Rainbow Intercession Summer Enrichment Program came to end. With the program’s goal was to focus on math, science, and English, they implemented a daily reading time and joined with the Summer Reading Program with Guilford County’s Central Library in Downtown Greensboro. Throughout the 20-day program, each child was able to pick a book and some two.

Soooo what’s next on the agenda with The Answer Inc. for impacting the youth of Guilford County? Starting August 30, they begin the After-School Enrichment Program for 3rd to 8th graders. As The Answer Inc has a commitment to being a STEM program, there will be three things that will differentiate them from other after school programs:
    • Providing opportunity to complete homework,
    • One of the lowest weekly prices, and
    • Open on days the kids are out of school – including holidays.
