First Lady Michelle Obama’s 50th birthday is fast approaching, and it looks like the party has already started.

Obama is already enjoying one of her gifts from the President—an extended Hawaiian vacation after the family holiday stay on the island.

She and Oprah Winfrey have been living it up at Oprah’s Maui mansion as the First Lady counts down to her "Snacks & Sips & Dancing & Dessert" birthday event at the White House on Jan 18.

The exclusive girlfriend getaway at the Oprah estate also includes CBS morning host Gayle King, President Obama's adviser Valerie Jarrett and Sharon Malone, wife of Attorney General Eric Holder.

Guests who received an invite to the 50th birthday celebration were surprisingly told not to arrive with an empty stomach.

According to Leslie Larson of the New York Daily News, guests received a save-the-date email instructing them to eat before they arrive at the White House.

They were also told to wear comfortable shoes and practice their dance moves.
