Michelle Obama's Oscar dress grows sleeves and a higher neckline overnight

Michelle Obama looked like a vision in the dress that she wore to the 2013 Academy Awards, but the dress was just too risqué for some on the other side of the world. According to Digital Spy on Tuesday Feb. 26, 2013, when the First Lady’s picture was published in the Iranian news media, her dress was Photoshopped.

If Michelle woke up to the T.V. news shows this morning, she probably had to do a double-take, as the dress she donned for the Oscars suddenly grew sleeves and a higher neckline overnight. It seems the Iranian news agency Photoshopped her dress to appear less revealing than the original.

“Fox and Friends” live on Tuesday morning showed the picture of the newly designed dress on Mrs. Obama and whoever redesigned her Oscar dress did a good job. The dress was just as appealing, if not more so, than the original she wore on Sunday night, commented the Fox News anchors on the curvy couch this morning.

It seems that Michelle Obama’s surprise appearance at the 2013 Academy Awards was not the only surprise, she offered up to her public. The quick-change seen in the picture had many people scratching their heads this morning when first seeing this picture on the news.

Once the story that went along with the new dress design was revealed, the people who were confused by the switch realized it wasn’t because Michelle decided on a change, but a news agency from across the globe had taken the liberty of re-dressing the First Lady.
