Michelle Obama dress a success at White House swearing-in ceremony (Video)

On Jan. 20, Michelle Obama donned a royal blue Reed Krakoff dress as she participated in the intimate swearing-in ceremony when her husband became President of the United States for a second term.

As nearly every major news source around the world has reported, the ceremony took place in the Blue Room of the White House, and was the official swearing-in ceremony even though another one will be held for which the public will partake come Monday evening.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Michelle was joined by her daughters, Sasha and Malia, as dad Barack promised to serve to his utmost ability when he once again took on the highest office in the land.

Standing by, all three Obama women were sartorially on track for this historic occasion.

While the FLOTUS (First Lady of the United States) donned her serene frock and matching sweater by the American designer who is head honcho of the Coach brand, her daughters were also on point. Sasha had on a pink dressed enhanced by a wide gold belt while Malia went for a blue frock with black sleeves. Both First Daughters wore black tights.

Meanwhile, as Michelle Obama wore a dress that was certainly a success for his swearing in ceremony, Barack was swathed in blue as well. This happy dad had on a smart suit for this serious moment that took less than a minute to complete.

And so, with the formality completed on the right day at the right time as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States of America, the Obama family are primed for another four years in the White House.
