On Friday night, First Lady Michelle Obama, 49, appeared on NBC’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” and performed a dance routine entitled the “Evolution of Mom Dancing” with Jimmy Fallon in drag as a mom. The physical-activity skit tied in with Obama’s purpose for being on the show which was to compliment her week-long promotion of the First Lady’s “Let’s Move” initiative which fights obesity among children via proper exercise and physical activities as well as proper eating habits.

This month marks the third year anniversary of the program strongly purported by Mrs. Obama.

The “Evolution of Mom Dancing” skit with Obama and Fallon dressed as a woman was an imitation of Judson Laipply’s “Evolution of Dance” video which has been viewed by more than 200 million video watchers. Obama and Fallon performed many of the comedic dances including “Go Shopping, Get Groceries,” “Driving the Station Wagon,” “Where’s Your Father (Get Him Back Here),” “The Sprinkler,” and the popular “Oh My God, I Love This Song.” The dance skit ended with Obama going solo and doing the “Dougie.”

During the interview segment of the Obama visit to the show, Fallon suggested that there be a Michelle Obama-Hillary Clinton presidential ticket in 2016 to which Obama said she had her eye on replacing Jay Leno when he retires in the future.

Commenting on President Barack Obama’s dancing skills, the First Lady gave her husband a grade of B, suggesting that the president keeps his hands close-bodied when he dances as opposed to letting-lose and going wild.
