Michelle Obama and Barack Obama attended the Fort Hood memorial today and President Barack Obama gave a brilliant speech mentioning all thirteen of the officers killed in the deadly tragedy a few days ago. He also mentioned officers and medical workers that risked their lives so many of the injured and wounded could be taken to the hospital for medical care, which ironically including the officer responsible for the tragedy, Major Nidal Malik Hasan.
On Wednesday morning, the President and the First Lady will host a Veterans Day breakfast in the East Room. Later, the President and Michelle Obama will visit Arlington National Cemetery. The President will participate in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns.

The President will then deliver remarks at the Memorial Amphitheater at Arlington National Cemetery. Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki will introduce the President.
