TLC recently announced that the premiere of 19 Kids and Counting has been pushed up to January 24th. Here’s more surprising news. Michelle Duggar takes a pregnancy test during the season six premiere. Will TLC have to rename its popular reality series about the super-sized Duggar family 20 Kids and Counting? Season six picks up where season five left off last November. Taping for the new season began when Jessa turned 18 on November 4th. If Michelle is indeed pregnant, that means baby 20 would be due sometime this summer. Ironically, Josh and Anna’s second child is due in June.

Season six of 19 Kids and Counting picks up where season five left off. Last season began with Josie Duggar’s dramatic health turnaround and release from Arkansas Children’s Hospital. It ended with a happy announcement from Josh and Anna Duggar and Michelle’s recovery from emergency surgery. Will Michelle Duggar have another big announcement to kick off season six? Here are details for the first two new 19 Kids and Counting episodes, as posted on the TLC website.
- January 24th: “Duggars Shoot for the Sky.” Jessa’s turning 18 and her 18 brothers and sisters, along with Michelle and Jim Bob, have a very special celebration planned, complete with a shooting range and skydiving. But when Michelle takes a pregnancy test, will she be able to join in on the fun? 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.
- January 31st: “Duggars Rock a Record.” The Duggars have a busy day when family friends visit for lunch, Michelle records an audio book and the family returns to Little Rock to help serve dinner at a fish fry. 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Its amazing to see how people glorify things like this in today's world. This is just sad. Having tons of kids? 19 or 20 of them? Your kidding right!
I doubt they are expecting. Don't they have a standing deal with the Today Show to announce all the Duggar pgs on it?

She's not pregnant. She has to take the test to go skydiving and since we've seen the clips of her skydiving it's definitely just a ploy to get others to tune in.
I hope she is not pregnant. Little Josieis going to need a lot of attention and special handling. Isn't 19 enough? Michelle has already gone through the emergency C section and then Gallbladder problems. I think she sould re-think another child.
About the "beautiful" Duggar family
I checked their family website and apparently their motto is JOY. "Put JESUS first, OTHERS second, YOURSELF last". If they truly applied this to their lives, they would have chosen to be more responsible and not contribute to population growth. Well enJOY the fact that you create even more burden on the environment. Seems like you could afford 19 children - if you put OTHERS before you, why not adopt at least a few of them? Why not think about future generations with lessening sources? Too many idiots think like "It is not my problem, I will be long gone before aliens, robots and cockroaches start fighting over the planet". The way humans interpret "God's word" is sick and selfish. Sure God wanted you to breed and recreate - should it be done by destructing what is already there? If they breed to raise more Christian soldiers "to bring love into this decaying world", they can do it by raising adopted babies as their own. Stop encouraging these selfish, primitive people with no reasoning. All that matters to them is their bloodline and the urges to breed.
Well said, Edhelfin. They are a creepy, self-centered bunch (well, the parents are, anyway - the children can't be blamed) with limited vision and comprehension regarding what they are doing. Ironically, there are numerous moral values beyond procreating endlessly and honoring thy father and mother. I fear they are enjoying the spotlight too much to remember that.
There's another way of looking at the; The Duggar's may be using up more of the Earth's resources but they also are evening out the balance of responsible, useful, self supporting citizens to the number who end up taking from society because they are unable or unwilling to support themselves or their children
If you adopt a child who has been neglected or abused that child quite often is so maladjusted that they create total chaos in the adoptive family. I know this from experience!
Lois: then what about putting some effort in improving lives of unwanted children? If they are good Christians, they should be able to love any of God's creations as much as their offspring.

In Australia, only the rich can adopt. It can cost up to 50 thousand dollars US just to get the child.
If they cannot adopt or choose not to, the alternative must be to breed crazily, is that it?
If they were responsible citizens of EARTH, they would choose to have less kids. If more useful, self supporting citizens are needed, there are other ways to achieve this apart from having more children. If they cannot adopt, how about volunteering to educate people?
Well since People magazine ruined it by publishing a story about Michelle skydiving last fall, I'm not sure what suspense there could be... Clearly, she's not pregnant in this episode, and later on in interviews at Josie's first birthday in December, she says she's not pregnant. She may get pregnant later, but she isn't right now.

Apparently she miscarried a child and the doctor said it was because the child was conceived when she was on pill. Then she felt guilty. This happens very rarely. If people stopped birth control, adoption etc just because one in a million had an unfortunate incident... Her reasoning is crooked and she cannot think logically.

MIchelle Duggar says Janna could run a major corporation. I don't think so. Janna would need exposure to and tolerance of all types of people and acceptance of all types of people in order to be able to run a major corporation. Janna has been taught to only accept people like herself.

Poor Michelle is almost always too sick to join in the family fun, I do hope that she will stop being pregnant & take care of herself for a change. Her poor body has just been a breeding machine. If Michelle & Jim Bob kiss so often why do they want to deprive their children of this wonderful feeling? Never kissing until they are married?

I'm really sorry to hear that Kelly Bates had another miscarriage with Her 19th baby and He or She is in the Hands with the Good Lord Right Now also. Last Summer I was told that my Aunt Julia Butler Mclaughlin was pregnant for the second time and her pregnancy Ended in Miscarriage also. Hey Duggars: How Many Miscarriages Has Kelly Bates Had? Besure to let me know if Kelly Bates Has Had Three or Four Miscarriages before okay. I Hope that Gil and Kelly Bates will try again for Baby Number Nineteen also. And my Aunt Wanda Boothe Has had a Tubal Pregnancy and it ended in a Miscarriage with her Fourth Baby And the Baby is Up in Heaven with Jesus Christ. My Aunt Becky Manning Has Had two Miscarriage before Hunter Andrew Manning Was Born On Monday September 9th, 2002 and Before Landon Taylor Manning was Born On Thursday December 9th, 2005 Also. Seriously, quit breeding. It's irresponsible because the next one could kill Mom and baby. Then, the kids are stuck with one parent. Mature a little bit and think of the children you already have and stop worrying about the children you could have.

Their children are a lot more civilized and responsible then any of todays teens, at my school you'll see another pregnant teen around every corner and there are more girls who have one or two kids already. I say the duggars are doing just fine.
In A Month Josh And Anna Duggar will be having Their Baby Boy and my Real Dad's Younger Third Sister is Expecting her Second Baby In The Month Of September and I pray to God that my Unborn Baby Cousin is a Healthy Baby and I also hope that the Baby will be a Little Girl This time also. On Easter Sunday April 24th, 2011 I hurt My right Foot and I was wearing a Tighter of a Flip Flop Shoe and my mom was so Mad at me That Day. I had to see the Foot Doctor and I have to wear the Foot Brace For Three Weeks Also.
i think the Duggars have raised and are raising, some wonderful,respectful,and hard working children. I'd like to see more of these values in our schools and families today. They may have more children than the average family, but they seem much more enguaged in their 19 children's lives than many of our American families with only 2 children. They reuse and recycle.. they don't have a TV in every room, the newest of everything for the kids....their "foot print" isn't as big as you think. I also didn't realize that being a Christian somehow made you ignorant....maybe I should research this and teach my next college course on my findings.

I love how the Duggar children grow up at a normal pace. All the children I know grow up way too fast. Lots of 12-year-olds are engaged in sexual activities. It's just crazy.
