Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) has once again demonstrated, not only her devotion to incendiary rhetoric and conspiracy theories, but her continued failure to understand how government actually works despite working directly for it.

Much like Glenn Beck, Bachmann responded to President Obama's State of the Union Address, in which he continually pledged to use his own executive powers to enact reform wherever he could legally do so without the notoriously obstructionist Congress's approval, by accusing Obama of trying to become a dictator.

"The president renewed his commitment that he is going to be King Obama," she insists.

Bachmann, who has lead the charge to vote to overturn the Affordable Care Act over forty times and threatened to vote no on all legislation unless it is repealed, now threatens to sue President Obama if he ever makes use of his executive authority.

"If he wants to move forward with this unilateral activity, he better be prepared for the lawsuit that the United States Congress will bring to him," she warned. "He may think he’s king, he may declare he’s a king, but that’s not what he is under the Constitution."

Much like Donald Trump and James David Manning, Bachmann will need to be informed that the legal system is not a toy and that, before she files a lawsuit against someone, she needs to actually have a case against them.
