Michaele and Tareq Salahi, the couple who crashed President Obama’s first state dinner Tuesday night are offering their story to the highest bidder for an interview.

A representative for Michaele and Tareq Salahi contacted networks and told them to “get their bids in” for an interview. The representative stated that they are looking for something in the “mid-six figure range.” The couple was scheduled to appear on CNN’s Larry King Live Monday night, but they have since cancelled that interview.

Michaele and Tareq Salahi attended the event on Tuesday night, and so far no one can confirm if they were actually invited. On Friday, the secret service made a statement that said their security measures fell short and the couple who wasn’t on the guest list was allowed into the dinner party.

Michaele and Tareq Salahi posted photos of themselves at Obama’s dinner party on their Facebook page Wednesday, and people are fascinated with the self proclaimed jet setting couple who have attended events around Washington DC recently. Michaele Salahi is also under consideration to be one of the housewives on The Real Housewives of Washington DC on Bravo.

Cant we just publish the transcripts when they get prosecuted? Cheaper, and so much more satisfying!

they don't deserve a penny for what they did. any media outlet that panders to their BS and pays them is out of their mind.

WHY AREN'T WE PROSECUTING THEM? NOT TO HARD TO FIGURE OUT: 1-NOT INVITED, 2-THEY LIED TO AT LEAST 1 FEDERAL OFFICER TO GET IN, AND, 3-ENDANGERED OUR PRESIDENT.
    END OF STORY.

I have to plead with networks to not pay these people a cent. Who cares what they have to say, anyway? And by the way, I do hope they get a reality series - but only if it's one chronicling their lives behind bars. THAT I'd watch. Because you just know that people who violate the security of the President aren't going to some white-collar prison... how fun would that be to see? Then the government could take their wages for the show as part of their punishment and put it toward something positive.

THAT is how this kind of behavior should be "rewarded".
