Celebrity chef and Cleveland native Michael Symon will headline the 9th annual Fabulous Food Show at the I-X Center in Cleveland on November 14-16, 2014. The Fabulous Food Show is the nation’s largest consumer food and beverage themed event. The enormous festival features world renowned culinary professionals, celebrity chefs and regional artisans conducting high energy informative demonstrations. Over 100 live presentations will be scheduled across six different customized stages, and Chef Symon will appear at the event each day.

“We are truly fortunate to live in a region ripe with exceptional culinary talent,” said Jeremy Levine, Executive Producer for the Fabulous Food Show. Adding, “Chef Michael Symon is a wonderful ambassador for our community. We are tremendously excited he will join us at the Fabulous Food Show this year to showcase his artistry and passion.”

Michael Symon states, "I am beyond thrilled to once again be part of Cleveland's premier food event. Nothing makes me happier than celebrating and cooking with friends and family at home."

In addition to daily demonstrations, guests can ‘taste, try and buy’ their way through an expansive show floor with more than 450 exhibiting companies. New this year, there will be the "Celebrate Local Roots Artisan Pavilion" which will feature regionally sourced farm fresh goods and hand made products from local food artisans. The "Healthy Living Pavilion" is another new addition that will focus on the pursuit of making healthier lifestyle choices. Other first time exhibits are “The Hot Spot” where you can test your senses with a variety of salsas, hot sauces and fiery foods and "Food Trucks," an expanded presentation of the region’s finest food trucks.
