Michael Strahan and St. Jude are drafting football fans across the country to party with a purpose on Feb. 3 by hosting "St. Jude Game Day. Give Back." parties.

Game day is a time when you gather with your friends, family and fellow fans for an awesome day of football, food and fun. No matter who's taking to the field, you can turn your annual gathering into a party with a purpose by making it a "St. Jude Game Day. Give Back." party. You and your friends will have a great time watching the big game and patients at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital benefit from your support.

St. Jude "Game Day. Give Back." brings fans of all ages together around the sport they love to raise funds to help provide the best care to the world’s sickest children at no cost to their family.

In just two years thousands of parties and tailgates have raised more than $1 million for the lifesaving mission of St. Jude.

There are a number of ways you can inspire your game day guests this year and one of those is using your party to give back and raise funds for those in need.

As part of its "Game Day. Give Back." program, St. Jude offers a personal fundraising page, delicious tailgating recipes created by St. Jude’s award-winning chef and a variety of party-planning tips when you register your party at www.stjude.org/gameday.

Just ask friends and family members to donate whatever they can and you'll kick off your party on the right foot knowing you're helping kids battling cancer and other deadly diseases at St. Jude.

Since opening 50 years ago, St. Jude has changed the way the world treats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. No family ever pays St. Jude for the care their child receives and, for every child treated at the hospital, thousands more have been saved worldwide through St. Jude discoveries.
