Sue Meachen has been invited several times by Michael Clark to be his guest chef. She cooked her way through "The Boys and Girls Betty Crocker Cookbook" by the age of twelve. With a sales and marketing background, she now follows her passion for spreading love through food as a personal chef and the mother of two grown sons.
She’s back on Tuesday October 15, 2013 with the following menu starting at 6:30 p.m.
Bouillabaisse - Classic French fish soup from Provence with shrimp, mussels, red snapper and various vegetables in a light tomato and saffron based broth, served with the traditional Rouille
Avocado and citrus salad - butter lettuce, citrus and fresh avocados
Amazing cheese platter - an array of hand selected cheeses
Vanilla bean crème brulee - crisp caramelized sugar crust and the creamiest of custards
Featuring special Pinot Noir wine pairing and music by Jon Davis
