Michael Lohan lashed out at Lindsay Lohan's attorney Mark Heller on Monday, March 18, for the New York lawyer's alleged shady dealings representing his daughter.
During a press conference where Mr. Heller discussed Lindsay's court date results, Michael started yelling at the lawyer for partaking in questionable practices during Lindsay's court case. Michael claims that Heller did not discuss with Lindsay the deals and pleas he struck with the prosecutors prior to he plea.
"What are you doing up there?" Michael yelled at Heller as he spoke with reporters in front of the court, "You need to leave, you are a liar, you lied to my daughter about the plea deal, you'll be disbarred from ever practicing law again!"
Meanwhile, Heller's dealings in the case got Lindsay out of jail as she got away with only a 90 day rehab lockdown plus 30 days of community service. The troubled actress plead no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to the police. She was also ordered to undergo 18 months of psychotherapy.
