According to a Jan 13 TMZ report, Michael Lohan will reportedly pay outstanding child support for his 17-year-old love child, Ashley Horn.
Ashley Horn’s mother, Krisi Horn tells TMZ that contrary to court documents showing that Lohan is more than $300,000 behind with payments, he is not a deadbeat dad.
Kristi says that she and Lohan have reached a private out-of-court settlement regarding the outstanding balance and he has agreed to pay up. According to TMZ, however, recent court documents filed in Florida show a request for the court to enforce a child support judgment that Kristi obtained in 2009. That judgment was for $316,720 in unpaid child support.
Kristi denies filing the Florida court papers and tells the publication that she will move to vacate the court order after Lohan’s fiancée Katie Major gives birth later this month. Kristi also confirms that she and Lohan are on great terms but does not discuss how much Lohan has agreed to pay her to settle the case.
