Police are investigating a claim against Michael Lohan by ex Erin Mueller.

Mueller says that there was a tracking device put on her car, and she says that Michael Lohan is the one who put it there. The device is a GPS box designed to track the location of whomever or whatever it is attached to.

TMZ reports that the police are investigating the case as felony eavesdropping.

Michael Lohan's camp dismisses the claim.

Michael Lohan and Erin Mueller have a history of bad behavior when it comes to their break-up. Both have accused the other of physical violence. The two have been in and out of court accusing each other of abuse and seeking restraining orders.
