Michael Jordan may not be out of the woods yet with the paternity lawsuit that was filed against him February and dismissed in March by a Georgia judge per the request of Pamela Smith. Smith is now saying there was a legal problem with the documents she filed and she plans on re-filing, according to TMZ on April 7.
Smith is claiming the documents she filed had a legal issue. The documents filed had Smith’s ex-husband on the birth certificate. The ex-husband will need to be removed before Smith can re-file. Once the problem is fixed, Smith plans on filing the paternity case right away.
Michael Jordan filed his own lawsuit against Pamela Smith after the paternity lawsuit was dismissed. The documents asked the judge to make Smith pay his attorney fees and sanctions. Smith does not seem to be worried about Jordan since she does plan on re-filing her paternity lawsuit.
