The upcoming Michael Jordan marriage is making a buzz across the internet tonight, as ABC News reported this Thursday, March 7, that living basketball legend Michael Jordan seems to be ready to get married once again.
Under the headline, “Michael Jordan marriage: MJ applies for Fla. Marriage license,” sources report that the former NBA player as well as owner of the Charlotte Bobcats and his longtime fiancée recently made an appearance at the Palm Beach County courthouse this Thursday morning so that the two could apply for a marriage license together.
According to the spokeswoman for the county clerk’s office, Kathy Burstein, a Michael Jordan marriage isn’t far off — insiders allege that an April date for the wedding of MJ and his fiancée is already set.
Michael Jordan is currently engaged to his girlfriend, the Cuban-American model Yvette Prieto. The two were engaged back in Dec. of 2011. They couple has until May 9 to get married, and this will be the second marriage for the NBA star.
