Give Michael Jordan Kobe over LeBron if it were up to him to choose one of the top two players in the NBA for his team. MJ, widely considered the greatest basketball player of all time, recently told NBA TV that he'd take the guy with more NBA championships.

According to an ESPN.com article on Feb. 14, Jordan said the five titles that Kobe Bryant has won versus just the one title LeBron James has won, would decide the argument for him. However, it may change years from now. Jordan said:
"Five beats one every time I look at it. And not that (James) won't get five. He may get more than that, but five is bigger than one."
Kobe Bryant may be winding down his career though, as he's played seven more seasons than "King James" has. With that in mind, it's still possible LeBron could win another four titles, or more. Even so, James is currently having an epic hot streak with six straight games of at least 30 points score and a scorching hot 60% field goal percentage.
He wasn't too bothered by MJ's comments either, saying before his recent game against the OKC Thunder:
"It doesn't matter to me. If you take Kobe one and I go second, it doesn't matter. I don't get too involved in what guys say about me or if you take Kobe or if you take LeBron. As long as I'm on the floor and I make plays for my teammates, I don't do what I do for other people's approval."
LeBron James and Kobe Bryant will both be showcased with the rest of the best the pro basketball league has to offer, when they hit the court for the 2013 NBA All-Star game on Sunday. Meanwhile, that same day, Michael Jordan will achieve yet another milestone in his legendary life: turning 50-years-old. Add that to multiple scoring titles, All-Star game, regular season and Finals MVP awards, Olympic gold medals and many other accolades, and he's got the right credentials to choose Kobe over LeBron.
The 2013 NBA All-Star Game will be televised on Sunday night on TNT starting at 8 p.m. EST.
Who would you choose, Kobe or LeBron?
