Michael Jordan is still facing a paternity suit that isn’t going away any time soon. Pamela Smith is still claiming Jordan is the father of her son that was born in 1996. According to TMZ on March 17, Smith has filed new legal documents involving the paternity of her son.
Smith has filed new documents with the court asking that Jordan be forced to take a DNA test to prove that he is or is not the father of Smith’s son Taj. Smith claims she knows Jordan is the father and genetic testing will prove she is right.
Jordan has denied being the father to Grant Taj Reynolds and has even filed his own documents that deny he is the father of Smith’s son. Jordan claims the paternity for Smith’s son Taj was determined in another case and he is not the father.
Michael Jordan has never denied having sex with Pamela Smith. Jordan just denies that a child resulted from the sex. Hopefully a judge will make a decision soon and put this case to rest.
