According to the Washington, Michael Jordan is one step closer to getting married a second time. Jordan applied for a marriage license in a court in Florida, Thursday, March 7. TMZ has a photo of Jordan and his fiancée’ Yvette Prieto, at the Palm Beach County Courthouse.

BasketballHall of Famer’ Jordan turned 50 on February 17. He has been dating long-time girlfriend, Yvette Prieto since 2011. An April 27th wedding is planned, according to Zimbio.

Juanita Vanoy, Jordan’s ex-wife won a settlement of $168 million in their 2006 divorce. They have three children together. Jordan is named as the father of a 16-year-old son, in a paternity case, whose mother recently came forth. Jordan filed a counterclaim against the plaintiff for false claims.
