A two-year-old toddler named James Bulger was abducted and murdered by two 10-year-old boys Jon Venables and Robert Thompson in 1993. Michael Jackson became aware of the story and reached out to his mother, Denise Fergus, from Kirkby, Merseyside. She has created the 'James Bulger Red Balloon Centre Appeal which raises funds for a learner centre for bullied children who cannot attend mainstream schools.'
According to DigitalSpy, Denise Fergus commented on MJ reaching out: "[Michael] was aware of James as he sent a personal message to me with a large basket of flowers. He wrote a couple of lines for James and he named it 'Child of Innocence'. We played Michael's song at James's funeral. I've listened to 'Heal The World' over and over again and it gave me such a buzz when we found out we could release it to raise money for the James Bulger House." Fergus continued: "The words in the song are very touching. I feel the world does need healing with children committing crimes. It is very upsetting the way the world is at the moment, bullying is going on everywhere."
This is just one of the many examples of MJ reaching out to make a difference in the lives of others. A group of performers will release a new version of MJ's 'Heal the World' (which he permitted before his passing), and the song will be available for download on October 26th.

We support vindication of MJ by mainstream media. MJ was exonerated by a jury of
his peers. Not good enough. For his children's sake, mainstream media must
become more responsible. We discuss how truth can compel mainstream media to
publicly admit it wrongly accused MJ of despicable crimes. Many people still
believe MJ was guilty. They were influenced to believe the allegations by a
biased mainstream media. No links allowed here so search at Yahoo Groups for "vindication better than tributes."
These are the beautiful things which Michael never got credit for doing. He couldn't be accused of doing good which he did, he could only be accused of doing horrible things which he didn't do. When he died the media had everyone believing he himself was taking all types of drugs which may have contributed to his death, they already had him dead from a mixture of Demerol and morphine, now what? since the autopsy report says he had no drugs in his system but what the crazy doctor gave him, you don't hear anything about that plastered all over the internet oh no, they want something discussting to make Michael look like a horrible person instead of the good person he is. "Good" means "going beyond what is required" Michael always did that when it came to helping people and especially children. He was a very good person and a beautiful man. The media can never redeem themselves with Michael they've caused too much damage and are now hated by his fans. I love you more Sweet Michael. R.I.P
This is freakin funny...thats weird and insane yea its good to help someone with stuff like children but it aint going to make or change anything that happened to that kid...or make her feel better...rip michael j but damn
