Michael Jackson continues to inspire and remain on the minds of fans and peers alike. At the MTV European Music Awards, the Jonas Brothers introduced the tribute made by fans. The Jonas Brothers said, "This year we lost one of the greatest Pop musicians. His talent has shaped the musical landscape, inspiring musicians young and old. The first time we heard Michael Jackson's voice is when our dad would be the Jackson 5 song, 'I'll Be There.' We are amazed at the wonderful, kind talent. We are inspired in every way. The idea that he and his brothers could come together and entertain the world is an obvious influence on us. Michael Jackson inspired every listener and every future performer with the talent that the world had never seen before. As a writer, singer, dancer and performer, he was simply the best. Tonight, we are honored to present this tribute to him, because through the fans, Michael Jackson's legacy will live forever."
