Fans wait in front of the Staples Center as Michael Jackson’s body is being brought to his memorial. Streaming reports from CNN's Anderson Cooper state that the ceremony will be somber and similar to that of any other funeral. Though it is a star studded event, the mood will be solemn.
There have been no reports of fighting or conflict amongst fans, and at times there has been laughter. Those gathering in front of the Staples Center are part of a historic event, never before witnessed.
The world is waiting for Michael Jackson to arrive so his fans can pay their final respects and say Goody-bye to the King of Pop.
