As fans will recall, last June, when Michael Jackson passed away, he was living in a mansion in Holmby Hills. Since then, a few weeks ago, it was announced that the gorgeous mansion is on the market for around $28 million, that is ten million less than the owner was asking for previously. The price had been $38 million dollars. As one can imagine, there is a huge amount of interest, but there are strict rules enforced. Serious prospects for buyers must first qualify to even walk through the door. According to a new report, a hypnotist, and author Paul McKenna may be set to purchase the mansion.
As the Daily Mail reports, a source said of McKenna's reaction to the house: "Paul was blown away by the sheer elegance of the property. It is one of the classiest houses in LA. It has the most incredible design - none of the gaucheness that LA homes often have."
Another source said that McKenna is looking for a larger home, and if that is the case, he most surely has found it in the mansion: "Paul is looking for a larger house. He has made Los Angeles his home and with his new TV series and book deal, he thinks this would be the ideal next step."
The mansion has several bedrooms, bathrooms, and even a separate guest house. McKenna is said to be working on a new TV series with Ryan Seacrest entitled, The Incurables.

Go for it....who cares really?? Not like it doesn't have the right to be sold because the King of Pop once lived there. It was a rental anyways...I say if it is in your means to do it.....well....then do it. Not anyone else's say in the matter really.
