The superstar singer Michael Jackson is one of the most beloved iconic performers of all-time. His music is some of the most beloved of all-time as well, and when he passed on June 25, 2009, it left his fans in disbelief, and devastated as well as those that were closest to the singer. The Conrad Murray trial began on September 27, and since then, the trial has lasted six weeks, and the case is now in the hands of the jury. Dr. Arnold Klein was a doctor to the King of Pop for a number of years, and it is a name that was mentioned by Conrad Murray's defense team multiple times. According to a new interview, Dr. Klein discusses Michael Jackson.
As abcnews.go.com reports, Dr. Arnold Klein said of Michael Jackson: "You know the answer, sir. No. 'Cause there were no results that show, in toxicology reports, there was any Demerol in his body. All they found in his body were all the drugs that were ... given to him by Conrad Murray -- so I had nothing to do with addicting him to any substance."
The jury is set to begin its second day of deliberation, and many are waiting to see how long it will take for the jury to agree upon a verdict and to then announce it. It remains to be seen if the jury will take several days, or if a verdict will be reached this week.
