Note One:
According to the unnamed source in part one who did an investigation of Mr. Robinson prior to the Dallas case:
- His actions has been brought to the police of Honolulu and to the F.B.I attention and he is under investigation.
- Mr. Michael is not in any record graduate of any academic school
- Mr. Michael never ever was a NASCAR driver
- Mr. Michael is not in any way allowed to practice law in any state in the world
- Mr. Michael does not have a business since 1996, in fact he created this advocacy [non] profit on 2008 trying to make a living.
- Mr. Michael is a divorced man with 3 kids living with their mom in California which they are not in touch and disown him as a father (according to his own words – read his blogs)

Another source, Sally*, writes:
“I noticed that he started to take credit for the Zahk Price case being "his" case. I laughed it off as it was obviously his attempt to inflate his ego. But it was when he claimed to have single handedly fixed the Dallas Obanion case that I began to worry. And the fact that several advocates had quoted him I felt I'd better do some more research.”
Further she writes: “Additionally, his Facebook claims he lives in Washington, DC. But his landline for the OAA is an "unlisted" number in California. His cell is a Hawaii number. Interestingly enough, there is a real Michael E. Robinson in DC who is a Civil Rights attorney.
I and others have researched endlessly on cases he supposedly fixed. They are nonexistent like his registration as a Lobbyist. Additionally, I've researched his supposed accident in 1995 which he claims here. There's no public record of such an accident that I could find. I've read in other forums, he claims to be a stroke victim as well.”

Another source, Jen*, writes in response to queries if he may be dangerous:
“I have spoken to him on the phone over a year ago. From the conversation that was filled with mostly made up events (in my opinion) I gathered that Michael was likely suffering from a (or many) mental disorders. A danger? Maybe but he really has no contact with children and is mostly an online person who sends out tons of deleted emails. I had the unpleasing circumstance of being on an email list once when there was a strange argument taking place…. I would not work with him on an official level…”

The following is a list of websites/organizations that Mr. Robinson has either created or owns.
www.copss.org: is now a defunct website which used to be operated for Coalition for Parent Support (address in CA). Creation date: 10-12-1996.
www.officeofautismadvocacy.com is his current website for his “lobbyist” pursuits. This was created in January 1, 2009. Over a year ago which is sufficient time for this organization to have created a DBA account. Address given is “Englewood” USA.
www.pusdincrisis.com: as noted previously in the article, this website was created and is owned by Mr. Robinson, although he claimed to have “stumbled” upon it… no registration information confirms that this website’s ownership has changed hands since creation.
www.getafape.org : homepages says that due to lack of funding, this website/organization is closed. However, there is a link to go to the backup of what once was the website for GetAFAPE.org. On this backup page, there is a link to a “GetAFAPE.org success story, Cody.” However, that is linked to a video on YouTube by user, rparenteau. Nothing in the video associates Cody to GetAFape. It is a collection of photographs (which can be found on multiple sites on the web) of Cody put to music. The other “benefactors” listed are two first names, last name initial and cities and states but no other identifying information is given and therefore cannot be verified that GetAFape ever helped anyone.
http://www.parentsunitedforspecialed.com/ is a website created by, according to a domain registrar search, Ray Parenteau on 7-7-2009. This page directly links to and is “brought to you by” GetAFape.org. It should also be noted that Mr. Robinson includes this link in his email signatures which seems as if he is claiming ownership of the group.

It seems there are quite a few people who had negative dealings with him but are afraid to come out publicly for fear of reprisal. I don't know if they should be afraid of such a thing, but don't blame them for being careful! Just I had to publish something, let people be aware of some questionable issues.... and let them make up their own mind about it.

Thanks so much for your kind words. I had help with the investigative part and for that I am forever grateful! It was confusing at first because he has all these telephone numbers that change sometimes... but... as one can see from the notes, they're all connected.
Awesome writing and article. I spoke with him many times on the phone. He originally called me on my cell phone, don't remember how he got it, but I was on my way to speak at the Arkansas Autism Task Force. He promised everything a desperate person wanted to hear. That he would take the job over and I could get busy helping Zakh, that'd he was friends with Diane Feinstein of Ca. etc.
He promises a lot but doesn't deliver anything.
Just in case anyone is interested here, Mr. Robinson and his business manager, Ms. Seidenstricker have left comments on part 4. It does not appear (at this time) that he will be supplying a statement on his own behalf to be published for his side of this.

This is ridiculous and slanderous. Heather Sedlock should be ashamed of herself. Michael Robinson works relentlessly and sometimes pro bono to help children like mine with special needs. Children whose rights get violated everyday. He is helping MY KIDS. You have no idea what you are talking about and apparently no idea how to do proper research before blasting out a slanderous piece of trash like this article. I have seen the work he has done. He is a god-send to parents and children fighting the special education school system. And that's what it is an on-going battle just to get them to even adhere to the laws. He works virtually round the clock helping families. Your attacks on him are baseless and reckless. I know his work first hand and it is far from "sloppy" as you put it. Michael Robinson does an excellent job as an advocate, and he doesn't take advantage of families the way other advocates do, and especially not the way that attorneys do! Shame on you Heather!
This is unbelievable ! Why ? Because I have known Michael Robinson for over a decade and have first hand watched how he works. At 9 p.m. I contacted him for help as my attorney told me at the final moments I needed to pay 20,000.00 in addition to the 15,000.00 I already paid. With little or no notice Michael stepped in and prevailed for my son, then refused to take payment for his work which will forever change my child's life. This is not great reporting, it's slander written by someone who obviously does not know that this type of reporting as you may call it can effect a mom like me from getting help for my Jacob. Shame on you Heather, you just wrote alot of bad things about a good man.
I am not sure where you get your information Heather but you should be more careful of your sources. I think it's sad that you would want to stop parents like Regina, Kristen, Katarina, and who else knows the countless others from getting help from Michael. He helped me get my child a program expensive attorneys never could.

I have 3 children with special needs. My eldest, Joshua has Autism and multiple other disabilities. After reporting a time out cell in his class room, Michael Robinson flew on his own dime to my state and helped me. Would you do this for me, not hardly. Unless you're willing to help parents instead of spreading false rumors and outright lies please leave advocacy to those like Michael that have been proven to know what they are doing.
As a concerned mother I'm quite irritated at your reporting Mrs. Sedlock. Why would you say so many bad things about someone known to help parents on pro bono cases. My feeling is that you have a vindictive nature and belong nowhere in journalism.
To the folks defending him, can you send proof of who he is? Really, we would love the truth.
Do you have any idea what my child went through before Mr. Robinson exposed the time out cells in my district. Must you be so irresponsible in your reporting. My child was locked in a jail cell until Mr. Robinson exposed it. The following day I was with him as he exposed a child duct taped to a chair. I am sickened after reading this - instead of helping kids you listen to a few complaining parents ? I know for a fact Mr. Robinson works with hundreds of parents yearly if not thousands.

I am still waiting for proof of his lobbying registration, his DoDD contracts, etc. that he claims.
Why is it that not a one of his supporters can show proof he helped them? Or they have a made up name. This could be so easily ended by showing some proof.
Mr Robinson, the ball is in your court. Prove to us that you are real. To everyone that was helped by him please send your documentations to Heather. We don't want to fear him, but all of his lying about being a lobbyist, nascar driver, and such is very scary to us. I did my own research and found out that he copy and pasted all of his info from legit people.
I know Mr. Robinson personally, and have seen him in action multiple times. There are many children who are better off because of this man. He has exposed time out cells, he has done many many IEP meetings resulting in special needs children getting the services they so desperately need and deserve but were being denied. I have known this man to stay up for 3 days straight working on cases because parents had spent all of their money on lawyers who were ultimately unable to help... Mr. Robinson OFTEN works pro bono, and is NOT independantly wealthy... it is often a hardship financially on him to fly to IEPs and such. I thank GOD for people like Mr. Robinson... SO WHAT if he copies and pastes some info? He is an ADVOCATE not a lawyer. You are attacking a VERY GOOD man with a HUGE heart.
First of all Trish, I can't stand people who call me your name. It reminds me of high school days but you are not the dish unless it's filled with pure BS. Michael should not have to answer to any of you and knowing him as I do I know he will not. Why should he ?? He's a busy man helping many parents night after night. Heather Sedlock, this is an attack and you did this. I hope you are happy when the next child is locked in a time out cell all day long and Michael Robinson decides it's not worth helping us.
All of you can go on and on about Mr. Robinson in bad ways. I know one thing for sure with no doubt. My son's life has been forever changed due to his help. I paid him 125.00 for helping me. He had to put at least the same number of hours into my case. I don't think any of these bad talkers could do even a shred of what he does. This is sad. And I agree Patricia, this is all Heathers fault and I hope a child doesn't suffer or die because of her.

All of this can be stopped by simply providing PROOF of his claims, and PROOF that I am lying, other than the same three people using the comments section as to appear to be 10 different people in support of Michael.
Heather, take my phone number off of here. Michael was sponsored by my family after helping us to no end. Something you are trying to get in the way of. Luckily most people pay no attention to fake online newspapers. You do not know who I am and you don't need to know. I know who you are and I see my name in an article that should be thanking a man you are questioning. Did you know he has epilepsy yet still will force himself to stay up all night to help parents ? NO. Did you know that Michael has ate top ramen for months at a time while his clients got free help, I see 1 woman only commenting on trying to pay him. Nobody has stated he has taken anything. I'm Joeys husband and in the U.S. Military. You are not going to call her and this heather can remove my phone number which was turned off due to her article causing multiple foul calls from less then desirable people. That shows me the following of heather includes many people that have no business parenting nor should question a man of Michaels will and ability to help people as he helped my family. All of you need a reality check and if I were your drill sergeant I would make sure you got it tomorrow am in P.T. but none of you are cut out to be a man in uniform. You guys can defend him all you want, but I think an investigation will probably be eminent. Since I am a journalist myself let me correct you Heather. As a reporter you are not covered by the First Amendment for false reporting. You are however liable to answer to your report and prove what you state is true. You can't do this. I know this because I know Michael Robinson and have for 15 years. I have personally seen the footage of his final wreck and have also personally seen him as he helped my son. A child that could not talk nor learn is now in the 5th grade in regular education. All because Michael Robinson gave of himself. What have you given other then false information Heather ? Your sources include one very foul man from Hawai'i that doesn't like Michael. I've seen his year old comments that you repeated in your story. Many have and many chose to block him or delete him from their various accounts. Remember as a journalist you are held accountable for your reporting, maybe you do good but this time you have hurt children, for that I have no respect for you.
I second that ! My husband said all that needed to be said for a dad. I am a mother who searched for several years to find someone that would help us without wanting 25,000.00 or more. When we found Michael he was busy working on many cases. He stopped what he was doing at the time and spoke to me for over 2 hours. That gave me a sense of relief that nobody else has ever been able to give. He then represented my son in Due Process and easily got him the ABA program he needed. It's sad you report on false negatives and not on the truth which is positive and would help families. Isn't your job as a reporter for this type of news source one in which informs parents of events or real news ? Instead you turned it into a travesty of justice in which you put the man that gets things done on trial. I am a professional handwriting and personality analyst. After reviewing several pieces I will say that there seems to be one person claiming to be many on this forum. Particularly that of Sarge, Joey, Regina, Molly McBride, Erica Curry and Michael E. Robinson. It would be interesting to see what one IP address they all came from considering the article attached.

A reporter must answer to false allegations. Have you never heard of a newspaper or as Michael said The National Enquirer being sued ? If you have not you are further off the map then I thought. For those that say Mr. Robinson has helped them, I'm glad. Truly. But that does not mean what I have said is false. People NEED to do back ground checks, and credential checks on the lay person advocates that they use before using them. What is so wrong about that?

I've read much of this and am appalled at many of you. From a man stating he is a handwriting expert in a place where people type to others that want proof of cases Michael Robinson has worked on. Excellent point was made due to this not being handwriting so there goes that theory. F.E.R.P.A. does not allow what Carolear wants, disclosure of cases. I did read Michael's post in which he stated he was protecting your own case with that Carolear. What I don't understand is why I gave 100.00 to free Zahk. I want a full accounting of those funds and expect the reportter to do a story on it. You bilked me for money and said it was for an attorney. What's the attorneys name and what case number is it ? I know who you are and also know that you are connected to another mom that got Michael's help and her son got away from serious charges. It's all on a list on yahoo. So now I will go ahead and request the I.R.S. to audit you for suckering people out of money online.

I would not expect you to know that a blog post or "comment" as it is referred to can reveal the writer's personality. It has less to do with penmanship and more to do with psychology. No, this isn’t about how you write, but about why you write. Having rather extensive training in psychology, I have tried to analyze the frame of mind you must be in and your surroundings when you write.
Michael has not done a damn thing for anyone. If he did you guys and Michael would be faxing documentation to prove he is the angel that you guys are spewing. All I am reading is threats to Heather after she posted documented facts. Show some proof. Heather did. Now counter it. Joel you are a coward because you hide behind a computer. Let us look at the article. Why did the reporter fail to report on any cases Michael is working on. That was her biggest downfall if I were to be one that doesn't know Michael well. Simply said my son is a different person because of him and regardless of all the trash written about him nothing will change my mind. I think any of you that are just out to say something bad about someone doing good should spend your sundays in church repenting.
