A lot of Michael Douglas fans have been really excited to see he is still very talented and famous in his sixties. MSN News reported on Sept. 4, 2013, Michael Douglas named legend at GQ Men of the Year Awards. Douglas set aside his worries about problems with his wife Catherine Zeta Jones, as he won in the legend category at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards here.
Douglas was presented with the award at a dinner which was attended by celebrities including Lou Reed, Justin Timberlake and Bobby Charlton. He was given this award at a glitzy event at the Royal Opera House in London's Covent Garden. Elton John was awarded the genius award at the same event and Emma Watson picked up the woman award.
On the personal side, The New York Daily News has reported Douglas and his wife are fine. Although Douglas reportedly took a break from his marriage to Catherine Zeta-Jones, Douglas says that there's no crisis in the works. In fact Douglas has commented, "I have a crisis at home?" It's great to see Douglas, the star of "Wall Street," who has been successfully fighting a battle with throat cancer, doing so well.
