Miami Women's basketball team proves to be too much for NC State, as they take the road victory 73-61. From the tip of the ball NCSU seemed to be chasing the Hurricanes. The Wolfpack had few runs and got the game within 6, but could get no closer down the stretch.
Riquina Williams scored 24 and Shawnice Wilson had 17 for Miami.
Goodwin Coleman was the top scorer for NCSU at 14 points.
The atmosphere was festive as we celebrated our love for the coast. All the NC State loyals were adorned in beach attire and the band hit a high note with Carolina style beach music.
