Aaron Fishbein
Aaron Fishbein, Music Director of Voices United, has been invited to teach a production workshop June 1-3 for several Danish artists and producers in Copenhagen, Denmark. Miami-based Voices United is a non-profit children’s arts organization devoted to promoting cultural diversity through the arts.
Fishbein was invited by Transatlantic Rainbow Workshops to administer the production class with sound engineer Carlos “El Loco” Bedoya, who will be helping with several of Voices United upcoming projects. Transatlantic Rainbow Workshops is an organization funded by the Danish government that brings together cultures and creates the unique sounds of successful productions.
“I'm really looking forward to interacting with the Danish producers and learning about their culture and music,” said Fishbein in a statement.
Guitarist and music producer, Fishbein is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Florida in 1990 to work in Miami’s diverse artistic community. Fishbein was a member of record producer’s Scott Storch's hit making crew from 2001-2007, playing guitar and bass. He is well-known for his guitar riffs for artists such as Beyoncé, Quincy Jones, Christina Aguilera and R. Kelly.
A longtime supporter of Voices United, he joined the organization in 1992, playing guitar for their musical production City at Peace. Fishbein now serves as Music Director for Voices United, overseeing all of the vocal and instrumental aspects of the productions. He currently produces music records in Miami’s Design District.
