There is a pool party scheduled to take place in Miami, on Thursday, March 27th at the Howard Johnson's
located in St. Hileah Gardens. There is one little catch, you must love the energy of hard rock and live
metal pounding in your ears and bones during your stay!
This party launches at noon, on Thursday, and rocks until 5:00 AM, on Friday morning. Yes, this rocking pool
fest will have water thrashing setting new records and the roster reads like this:
Defy the Skyline
Saints of Rebellion
Dog Starr Rider
Big Hair Daze
TRIXTER TO HEADLINE!!!

Yes you read correctly, that is fifteen live rock bands playing all day, all evening long. At the current
ticket price of $60.00, that works out to be about $4.00 per band and drinks. Not a bad price for a rocking
stellar bill that this party offers, featuring some of the best rock bands from across the nation and also
some Florida regional gems that are not easily forgotten once you take in their live shows.
Some of the finest musicians from SW Florida will represent upon this stage and lay down their best original rocking sets available. John Adams and Ryche Green return to the Florida live stage with their new project titled: Saints of Rebellion. This is a fresh 'rock fusion' collaboration that covers all genres within hard rock and delivers it with full raw energy. You may sample the two singles available currently from Saints of Rebellion, courtesy of High VolMusic right here. Introduce yourselves to the Saints of Rebellion here and you may read some press reviews and band bio, as well.
Another crowd pleaser will be 10,000 Views, from SW Florida, as well. These three talented rock masters will be sure to please with their hard ass original rock that is the Views sound alone. Timmy Johnston is one of the best writers in regional music and his vocals are identifiable immediately. Timmy is complemented well by the guitar wizard, John Hyatt (and these two switch up the bass and guitar for different sets, as well). The kicker in this band though is at the kit, featuring former W.A.S.P drummer; the one and only, Stet Howland and he provides the badest drum solo you could ever ask for, all while laying down the tracks for this rock and roll train to plow through. There is easily thirty years music and performance experience within this tight band of brothers and it all flows into the crowd on a live stage.
One thing this event offers is also some of the best regional original rock music from across the nation,
all under one rocking roof with a swimming pool in the middle. What more could one ask for other than a stocked bar and a hotel to crash in?
The headliner for this grand pool rocking party was originally formed in Paramus, NJ and that would be Trixter. This northeatern rock machine has been recording and touring since 1989. They have worked with musicians like Edgar Winter on a few tracks, as well as have opened for Poison and The Scorpions along the way. Their tracks are featured in films and TV scores. A lovely throw back to hair metal days in sound, brought into the modern rocking realm, sample some Trixter and their single, 'Give it to me Good' which propelled them into MTV airplay and onto some of their best national tours.
There will be more articles to come with more individual band reviews and introductions to prepare you for this rocking water park of a show, so please stay tuned as we will let you know if tickets go sold out as they are going rather quickly!
Take a quick peek at another write up preview of this bash right here.
Get some tickets, buy some sunscreen, grab a towel and boogie over to Miami to see the best in regional Florida rock and also featuring some rocking treats from across the states. This is going to be a blast! Check out the Facebook events page as well for all updates concerning this show.
