Miami Dolphins looking for a new general manager

How about this for a job? You could be the general manager of the Miami Dolphins. Job duties, restore an average football team to its former greatness. During the past season, the Miami Dolphins finished with an 8-8 record. Miami Dolphins owner Steve Ross and former Dolphins General Manager Jeff Ireland agreed to part ways. Under the six year leadership of Ireland, the Dolphins had a total record of 46-50, according to an article by Chris Perkins in the January 8 Sun-Sentinel.

The person who is selected for the job will have to rebuild a team that was undefeated in 1972 and was a powerhouse in the 1980s when Dan Marino was quarterback. It will be a high stress job, but of course there will be plenty of perks.
