Remember when that group from Ohio decided they will collect all of LeBron James's old Cleveland Cavaliers jerseys and send them down here to our homeless. That was their way of getting rid of his memory from their city while helping a good cause. I personally thought it was the greatest definition of "sour grapes", but, at the same time, it gave someone who probably would never been able to afford a LeBron jersey the opportunity to own one of their own. Thanks to the Miami Coalition for the Homeless, that will no longer happen. The coalition wrote the group in Cleveland telling them, "thanks but no thanks". They also added "our homeless deserves better than something that is burned in the streets". Let me point out no actual burned jerseys or shirts were being shipped.

Okay, a LeBron James jersey runs around 79.99 retail but is now on sale for 39.99 (source NBA.com) could they really afford one of them on their own? If you were wondering, the shirt that replaced it was donated by City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado. He donated all of his old shirts from when he was campaigning to be elected. Please, am I the only one tired of the arrogant and stupid decisions made by people in authoritative positions in our city? I plan to write them and give them a piece of my mind. I enclosed a link and you are welcomed to do the same. Enough is enough.
