For many that never knew about MIami's Art Deco Weekened. Well it's happening the weekened of January 18-20 2013 here in the town of Miami. The Deco weekend is filled with not just Fashion but art, parades, events, music, and alot more. Let's focus on the Fashion portion. Dceo Week started 1976 by Miami Design Prevention Week before Art Basel was known in the streets of Miami. After the years in business the festival has grown into eight-five different events such as; film series, musical attractions, art designs, fashion shows, classic automobiles, and many more.
Deco Week paired up with Miami International Art and Design School for the Fashion show. The fashion show features students from Miami International of Deisgns School to show off thier design pieces, talent, colors, vibe of the sunshine in Florida, thier admirations and thier inspriations. 3rd Annual Fashion show will take place here in South Beach at 7pm at he Clevenader. The students fashion pieces were inspired by the four star and five star hotels located here in South Florida. Come out and support the Prevention of Art weekend. There is alot more to see, alot more to do and great events that blow your mind away.
