Several of the most stupendous stallions of the region will stomp and strut at the 2014 Midwest Horse Fair (MHF), slated for April in Madison. Stallion Avenue enrollment runs through Monday, February 3, when entries will be finalized (for program printing purposes) for the popular three-day equine expo.

“Calling all studly stallions,” reads a January 24 email announcement from the event organizers. “Time is running out to receive your listing in the Official Midwest Horse Fair Program.”

Online registration is available.

Participation in the Midwest Horse Fair’s Stallion Avenue includes:

  • Box stall in Stallion Avenue barn
  • Round pen warmup access before and after show hours (during the Midwest Horse Fair)
  • Stallion Avenue hospitality space
  • Use of the Stallion Avenue barn arena for private stallion showings
  • Three bags of stall shavings
  • Three weekend passes to the Midwest Horse Fair
  • Up to three live performances in the Stallion Avenue barn arena
  • Listing on “Virtual Stallion Avenue” and on MHF website and official event program
  • “Stallion of the Day” post on the official MHF Facebook page (before the event)
  • “Stallion Revue” appearance in the John Deere Coliseum (during the Midwest Horse Fair)
