On March 4 the American psychedelic rock band MGMT announced headlining tour dates on their official Facebook page for the spring of 2013. The North American tour begins in State College, Pa. on April 26 and ends in Palo Alto, Calif. on May 18. You can view a complete list of tour dates below.
During MGMT's spring 2013 North American tour the band will perform 15 concerts over a three week time span. They will be touring in support of their upcoming self-titled third studio album, which is set to be released in June of this year.
It will be the follow-up album to their 2010 release, "Congratulations" which debuted at No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. The band will be releasing something special for fans to purchase on Record Store Day. More information about their Record Store Day release will be announced at a later date.
