Last night during rush hour traffic in Mexico City, Luis Felipe Hernandez Castillo, 38 was stopped by police for writing graffiti on the wall of the subway platform. Castillo took out a gun and began to shoot. Two people are dead, and 8 people were wounded. After being captured, Castillo was taken to a local hospital for a gunshot wound to the shoulder, then arrested. Several witness said that he was shouting complaints about the government while shooting, CNN reported. The Mexico City police tightened security after this shooting, and began to check people for guns in and around the 175 subway stations in the capital, according to Utah's ABC4 news.
