Many states seek to duplicate Arizona's efforts: Nebraska, Texas and even Georgia. Although Barack Obama has vowed to sue Arizona over the law, there are other organizations that are signing on to sue Arizona. As expected, the ACLU is one of the groups. However, there is another group that has signed on for the suit.
The country of Mexico is joining the lawsuit also. According to BBC World News, "in papers submitted to a US federal court, the Mexican government argues that the law is unconstitutional and would damage bilateral relations."
The report goes on to say, "the Mexican government submitted arguments as a "friend of the court" in support of a case brought by a group of civil rights organisations, including the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the National Immigration Law Center, and the American Civil Liberties Union."
The Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund (MALDEF) "strives to implement programs that are structured to bring Latinos into the mainstream of American political and socio-economic life; providing better educational opportunities; encouraging participation in all aspects of society; and offering a positive vision for the future. Unique to MALDEF is an approach that combines advocacy, educational outreach, and litigation strategies to achieve socio-economic change."
MALDEF lobbied against illegal immigration laws at the Georgia State Capitol. However, thanks to the efforts of the Dustin Inman Society, MALDEF officially closed its doors in Georgia in 2009.
The National Immigration Law Center (NILC) "has been dedicated to defending and advancing the rights of low-income immigrants and their family members. " This group actively worked to repeal laws that would enhance the nation's security.

Arizona should take this opportuntiy to sue the Mexican Government and Obama Administration for gross negligence in failing to secure the border and allowing Mexican citizens to ILLEGALLY enter the US. This has resulted in a cost of Billions to US taxpayers for ILLEGAL dependency programs. US citizens have been murdered, assaulted, kidnapped, car jacked, their property destroyed, livestock killed and families threatened by Illegals. The Mexican government must also compensate US taxpayers for the 20 million Illegals living in the US and assist in identifying ILLEGALS with criminal backgrounds. Mexico must agree to enforce border security and stop the crossing of 5-10,000 Illegals every day. The law must protect the safety and well being of US citizens.
I called my Congress member and the secretary called their Washington office about this rumor.
Obama's administration seems to love trouble. And they will get it if he signs this order against the wishes of the American people.
In essence Obama will legalize millions of hostile foreigners against the American people.

Strange how Mexico can sue the American people and our sovereignty in cahoots with

What this means is...Mexico is suing so that their nationals can continue to break our laws. We have truly fallen into the rabbit hole. And have your heard that Mexican drug lords are staked out in the mountains of Arizona to facilitate drugs coming into this country? Are we even still in the US?
We should have sued Mexico along time ago for all the health care and education costs their citizens cost America.

An Executive Order to grant amnesty would be the final straw. How could we ever move ahead after that?
This treasonous illegal invasion of our once sovereign Republic didn’t just begin with Obama. It has been speeding forward for decades with the blessings of both parties that have somehow meshed into one single party with one single goal. That goal being to end America as a free and sovereign nation.
And it is not all about cheap labor. As Americans are lulled into stupidity with innocuous sounding phrases such as “free trade” and “security and prosperity”…each day we inch closer to the end of America. I warn people again as I have for the last five years with the truth. Free trade and illegal immigration are tools to end America. Of course entitlements are what bring these criminals across the border, but is not the true reason they are allowed to continue unhampered.

I do belive that this President is incomptent to the point that he is being led around by the nose by the Mexican government. If he can not figure out that Mexico just does not want the illegals back because of the financial burden then he is truely is a follower and not a leader.
