Metroplex Wrestling returns to Bedford this Saturday night, following a brutal summer and a tremendous Fight, Win, Survive tournament.
As the dust settles behind the FWS tourney, Frankie Fisher has emerged as the new MPX Prospect Champion. He defeated four teams and eight other men to reserve his shot at becoming a dual champion at MPX.
Mike Foxx is still the MPX Heavyweight Champion, after a definitive win over Barrett Brown. But now he awaits his next challenge, and it will come from one of three men. "Dirty" Andy Dalton, Matt Palmer, and ""The Mind of Wrestling" JT LaMotta have been at each other's throats lately, and will do battle on Saturday in a Triple Threat match. The winner will be the #1 Contender and receive a shot at Foxx and the MPX Title.
In addition, you will also see Zero the Anti-Hero, Gregory James, The Asian Nation, Jerome Daniels, and many more. Plus, an announcement has been promised this weekend that will shake up the entire landscape of MPX.
This is just a small taste of what fans will get at MPX, which will happen at 1820 Reliance Parkway, Suite 100 in Bedford, Texas. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for kids and you can save $2 when you bring your own chair to the show. MPX has been well-known for standing room only, so make sure to get there early for a great seat. Doors open at 7:30 P.M., with belltime set for 8:00 P.M. Merchandise and concessions will be available as well.
