Earlier today, Konami Digital Entertainment announced that gamers in Europe who purchase Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will also get a free DLC code that unlocks a custom Cyborg Ninja skin for Raiden. The outfit is based off the design of Gray Fox from the original Metal Gear Solid. Not only will this allow Raiden to look like Gray Fox's Cyborg Ninja, but it will also allow him to wield and upgrade the powerful "FOX BLADE."
The free downloadable content will be available with both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game. No word yet on whether or not the North American version of the game will get it at a later date or even at all. Check out some screenshots of the Cyborg Ninja in the slide show above.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is scheduled to be released in North America on February 19th and then across Europe on February 22nd. The upcoming Metal Gear game was developed by Platinum Games, not Kojima Productions. A free playable demo is also available to download now.
