Message from America: Our right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed (Photos)

On Saturday, January 19, 2013, Americans rallied together to show their support for Second Amendment rights and peacefully protest the recent actions the government has taken, which threatens to strip Americans of their unalienable rights. The Washington Times reported that thousands of people across all 50 states attended the rallies known as Guns Across America.

Some people held signs and flags and others carried firearms, including AR-15’s, which gun-grabbers have caused deliberate confusion by referring to as “military-style assault weapons.” It was a mix of all of America, varying ages and races, as well as men, women and children.

The signs were as diverse as America itself, and sent a strong message to Washington. Some favorites included:

I NEED OVER 7 ROUNDS (RAPISTS ARE HARDER TO KILL THAN DEER)

OBAMA: WHAT MAKES YOUR CHILDREN’S LIVES MORE PRECIOUS THAN MINE?

THE PROPOSALS COMING OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE SMELL WORSE THAN MY DIAPERS!!

Be sure to check out the slideshow for pictures of some of the signs and flags that could been seen at the rallies.

A special thanks to Gun Control Kills for providing photos for the Guns Across America slideshow.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
